Privacy Policy

The controller responsible for the processing of personal data within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG) is:

ROXSIM does not collect, store, or process any personal data. There is no registration or login. No user accounts are created and no usage data is transmitted to external servers.

Since no personal data is collected, no data is shared with or passed on to third parties.

The app is distributed via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. When downloading the app, data may be processed by the respective store operator (Apple Inc. or Google LLC), such as your Apple ID or device information. We have no influence over this processing. Please refer to Apple's and Google's respective privacy policies.

The app only requests device permissions that are strictly necessary for its core functionality - simulating and tracking HYROX races. All data remains stored locally on the user's device and is not transmitted externally.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
• Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
• Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
• Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
• Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)
