ROXSIM is a free mobile application for simulating HYROX races. It allows users to track station times and compare results within a training group. The app is available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

The app may be used by natural persons for private, non-commercial purposes. Use by minors under the age of 14 is only permitted with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

ROXSIM is entirely free of charge and contains no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or hidden costs. No contractual relationship creating any payment obligation is established.

Availability of the app is provided on a best-effort basis but is not guaranteed. Maintenance, technical issues, or updates may cause temporary interruptions. No legal right to uninterrupted availability exists.

Use of the app is at the user's own risk. ROXSIM is a tool intended for sports training purposes and does not replace professional training advice. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for damages arising from the use of the app - in particular in connection with physical exercise.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of data entered by users (e.g. times, participant counts).

All content within the app - including the logo, design, text, and source code - is protected by copyright and is the property of Michelle Türtscher. Reproduction, modification, or distribution without express written permission is prohibited.

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated within the app. Continued use of the app after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). To the extent permitted by law, the competent court in Bregenz, Austria shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of this app.

Note for consumers: The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
